How do I order?
Browse our site for the products you want, before placing items in your Shopping Trolley. When you are ready to complete your order please go to to Checkout to provide your payment and delivery details. If there is anything you are unsure about, or if you would prefer to order offline please call us on the number at the top of this page.

Can I find out when my order will be delivered?
Yes. When your parcel is despatched we will email you a unique tracking code and instructions for following your order's progress with our Tracking Service.

How much is the cost in my local currency?
You can switch from UK Pounds to US Dollars and Euro using the Change Currency box.

I don't see the item I want, can you still help me?
Yes, we provide a making up service and we will make costumes and furnishings to your requirements. Please contact us, either by phone/fax on +44 (0)151 653 8081 or fill in the form on the Contact Us page and we will phone at a time convenient to you.

Are the costumes available in adult sizes?
Yes, please contact us for details. Some costumes in adult size are shown in the Mums & Dads section.

I need my order for a specific date. Can this be done?
If you contact us with the date, we can discuss various shipping options available to you.

Is overnight delivery available?
In a lot of cases, if the item is in stock we can deliver overnight, but this will incur added shipping costs.

Can I return an order for refund or exchange?
If this is a stock item and it has not been used, we will refund your payment upon receipt of the returned order. However, we are sorry but we cannot refund on specially made items or items that have been used.

Are there any discounts for bulk ordering?
Companies or educational establishments that are planning to bulk order should contact us to discuss details.
