Because the size of orders varies depending on quantity and size, we automatically
add the minimum charge to each order (€15 within Europe, $18 outside Europe) . Surcharges for more than one item (costumes),
or items of furniture will be charged by weight only to keep the costs to a minimum.

Shipping time is usually 5-7 days, but we can offer a range of faster shipping

Returns Stock items which have not been worn can be funded upon receipt of returned
goods. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange on specially made costumes or
specially made furniture, or items that have been used. This is in addition to,
and in no way affects your statutory rights.
